Billionaires and millionaires are chasing rights to water when others are chasing oil.

The not so new, but a recently rising gimmick to make money.

Does anyone see the stupidity, the irony, of the word and what it stands for? Some multinational companies own the right to a water source.

Water that is meant to be free and available to all is becoming a private source. As if these companies created water in the first place and built these sources.

Water is something natural. Water has been on Earth ever since life originated. How can anyone or any organisation get the right to it?

Who is to blame? The sad truth- ourselves. We are chasing sparkling waters and bottled waters, thus giving a place for business to boom. When are we going to understand that it is just the creation of demand to keep the business thriving???

It seems like the third war will be for water indeed. Nobody questions, nobody thinks, we choose to stay silent as if it doesn’t matter to us.

But wait, not centuries or decades, at the rate climate is changing the catastrophe is not far away. Drought will hit all the continents and then we will know what water rights and its exploitation was and is all about.

Rise and awaken. Question and demand answer. Don’t be yet another puppet.
